Residents & Students registration form must be accompanied by a letter from
the head of department confirming their status and/or a valid student card
Payment of fees should be made using Credit Card Online.
1. Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration.
2. The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard and JCB.
3. All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
4. The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'Payease’
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations
will be subject to the following conditions:
1.
A written request of cancellation should be sent by E-mail (david_zhuo@medmeeting.org).
2. Refund requests will be processed ONLY after the Conference.
3. For online payment, refunds will be applied to the original card used during
payment after 21 working days approximately.
4. Substitutions will be accepted.
